 Wisconsin names “Dr. Deer” as deer trusteeThe Wisconsin Department of Administration has named Dr. James C. Kroll of Nacogdoches, TX as the state’s new deer trustee. The position was created by Gov. Scott Walker in an executive order issued Sept. 23. Kroll is a professor of forest wildlife and director of the Institute for White-Tailed Deer Management and Research at Stephen F.
